Harvest Partners:
Here are the services we offer to missionaries who desire LTIN to handle all of their stateside needs, whether or not they have a 501(C)(3) organization.
- We establish a bank account at our bank and issue you a Visa debit card to be used to withdraw funds from this account or to use as a credit card to make purchases. However, since it is a debit card, purchases can only be made based on the amount that is in the account.
This bank account would be under the management of LTI and would read, “LTI (Your Last Name) Account.” As an example, if your last name is Jones the LTI account would be named be as follows: “LTI Jones Account.”
You will not be issued checks for this LTI ministry account. All of your transactions should be made with your debit card; however, if an occasion arises where a paper check is needed, we will be happy to write a check from your account and send it for you.
- We also set you up on “internet banking,” issuing you a password that will allow you to access your LTI account only. No other person except our office is able to view your account, nor are you able to view any other missionary’s account, thereby giving you, as well as the other missionaries, complete privacy.
- We send an introductory letter to all your donors explaining who we are and what we will be doing for you.
- All checks from your donors are to be made payable to LTI with your name either in the memo space or on a separate piece of paper. Once the checks arrive at the ministry we deposit them into the LTIN main account and transfer them into each missionary’s account. At this time we make deposits every Friday and transfer money into the missionaries’ accounts on the following Wednesday.
- We send you a detailed weekly report of who gave to you that week and whether or not the funds were designated.
- We send out receipt letters each week with a return envelope for the donor to use when sending their next donation to your ministry. At the end of the year we will send each donor a year-end receipt letter reflecting their total giving to each missionary.
- We also produce and mail newsletters on a quarterly basis for each missionary. All newsletters will be printed in color and may have up to four pictures included. You must have your newsletter material to our office no later than the 1st of the month that we are going to be sending out the newsletters. As an example, if the newsletter goes out on Jan. 20th, we would need your material on Jan 1st. Your newsletters will include your name, logo, pictures, etc. Somewhere in the newsletter in small print will be, “Printed and distributed by LTI, PO Box 17236, Tampa, FL 33682.” The return address on the envelope will read: “(Your name or ministry name), Laborers Together International, PO Box 17236, Tampa, FL 33682-7236, Return Receipt Requested.” We enclose a return envelope with LTI’s mailing information for the convenience of those who send in donations.
In order to produce your mailing we need your mailing list, which could be sent via email using either Excel or a comma delimited file. We would provide you with the fields that are compatible with our database program.
We will also inform you of any address corrections we receive from the USPS.
Our fee: We do all of this for 5% of the total donations that come into LTI for your ministry. However, if you have a mailing list of more than 300 there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of the mailing. This additional charge will be determined by the number of names on your mailing list and the exact cost of producing the mailing.

Here are the services we offer those missionaries who have someone else handling their finances but desire LTIN to produce and mail their newsletters and special mailings such as a Christmas letter.
All newsletters will be printed in color. We will produce and mail your newsletters on a quarterly basis, or if you desire your newsletters to be mailed on a monthly basis we will accommodate you. We will also inform you of any address corrections we receive from the USPS.
Our fee: The fee to publish and mail out newsletters or special mailings will be based on actual material and postage cost per mailing. Costs will vary depending on the size of your mailing list and the number of pictures you want to include. However, once we know this information we will inform you of the cost to produce and mail your newsletter or special mailing.
Affiliate Partners:
We are available to help those pastors or leaders of ministries who desire to be involved in missions accomplish their vision by holding missions conferences and putting them in contact with missionaries around the world. They will have access to other network partners for training, encouragement, counsel, and resource referral, as well as being able to log in and post needs.
Our fee: There are no monthly dues or administrative fees. However, if God directs you, you may join Laborers Together International’s Partnership Program called “Partners in the Harvest.” These are people or organizations who make a pledge to sow financially into LTI on a monthly basis. The amount is between the person or organization and God. However, monthly financial giving into LTIN is not required.
Ordination:
Since LTIN is founded on the basis of relationships, we make licensing and ordination available to missionaries, pastors and leaders of ministries. Requirements and applications are available from the LTIN office.
